Skype Lesson Instructions How to Take a Voice Lesson on Skype 1. Contact Mary via facebook, phone, or email, and make an appointment for your lesson. 2.  Go to Mary's website, www.floridasings.com, and access the "cart" page.  Pay for your lesson using a credit card or PayPal.  This should be done AT LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 3.  Go to Skype.com and download the FREE Skype software. 4. Make sure YOU have a means of recording the voice lesson ON     YOUR END.  While Mary can record the lesson for you, the file is      too big to email, so you will have to wait about a week for the      snail mail to deliver your cd before you can practice, if you elect      to  have Mary record it.   A better solution:   You can use      "audio hijack," a recording software that Mary uses, which      is available at audiohijack.com for about $30, or you can        use GarageBand, if you have a Mac.  You may opt to use      some other  software, or an external recording device, which      is also fine.   By recording the lesson yourself, you will have      it immediately to practice! 5. Have recorded accompaniments or karaoke tracks for any songs      you wish to work on in your lesson.  Having the accompaniments      on your end makes it easier for Mary to hear you singing. 6.  When it is time for your lesson, call Mary on Skype.  Her Skype      name is "floridasingsmary."  Turn on your recording device, and      start working with Mary!!!
